I just talked to Emily and her visa was approved. It will be available in four business days. She arrived a little early, about 8AM for an 8:30AM appointment. She waited over an hour before the interview.
The interview only was 5-10 minutes as you predicted. They then took all the written material she had and went to review it. After another hour or so they came out to tell her she was approved.

Interesting story, when we went to our appointment at the embassy, there was another young woman in line with Valya wanting to obtain the same type of visa. She had with her only a few letters, a few photos and I am assuming the standard documents. They denied her for the visa immediately. When Valya sat down with the HUGE stack of documents that your firm said that we needed, the man at the embassy was in shock and told Valya that it appeared as if we did our homework. He did not ask her one question because everything was covered in our documentation and told her she would have her visa by the next day!! Again, thank you!!! I will be contacting you soon as to our next step in the US immigration process. It is most certainly worth the expense to hire a capable immigration attorney. We are both VERY grateful!!!

I just wanted to tell you that Heloisa received her visa today. I wanted to call and thank you but I forgot your number on my desk today. You did a great job and we both appreciate it very much. I think that she will arrive sometime in Oct. and we will get married a few days later. I know that I may be jumping the gun now but after we are married I would like to apply for her change of status papers. I will be contacting you regarding this soon after we get married.
